Parking Lot
Our parking lot transforms into a dynamic outdoor event space, offering a versatile open area perfect for gatherings of all kinds. With ample room for seating, décor, and all kinds of setup, this space provides a unique and accessible venue for events held under the open sky. Well-lit and spacious, the parking lot can accommodate various layouts, from casual mingling zones to more formal arrangements. Its convenient location allows guests easy access, while designated areas ensure smooth flow and organization throughout the event. Ideal for a flexible and creative setup, this space is ready to bring your event vision to life.
Howe Sound Taphouse & Kitchen
Craft beer and food lovers unite at Howe Sound Taphouse East Van, where award-winning brews meet classic brewpub fare in a vibrant, community-focused setting.
Tabu
Tabu is a dynamic venue ideal for open-space events like concerts and live music, offering an immersive experience with its robust stage, Funktion 1 sound system, and spacious dance floor. The long bar lounge, adorned with authentic Polynesian decor, enhances the exotic ambiance, encouraging guests to dance freely. With a capacity of 153 guests, Tabu also provides the convenience of an optional side entrance, making it a versatile space for vibrant and energetic events.
Tiki Bar
Since the 1950s, the Tiki Bar at the Waldorf has been a neighborhood favorite, offering an exotic ambiance with bamboo, palm trees, and intricate carvings. The bar features a DJ booth, Funktion 1 sound system, and sunset + H2O lighting, creating a lively atmosphere for up to 90 guests. It can be reserved on its own or in conjunction with our Tabu and Hideaway rooms for a more expansive event experience.
The Hideaway
The Hideaway provides an intimate event space with a warm, vibrant atmosphere, perfect for laid-back socializing and mingling. Featuring authentic Polynesian decor, it creates a tropical oasis ideal for smaller, personal gatherings. A mini stage and sound system enhance the entertainment options, comfortably accommodating up to 80 guests for lively yet intimate events. For DJs and bands, larger sound systems can be rented through our sound technician for an additional fee.
